Method
Quotations were checked by script against the downloaded texts. In quotations from the Law, line breaks and spacing introduced by the PDF are normalised (for example “vo luntary” to “voluntary”); spelling is otherwise as printed (“permiting”). The Law was read in a copy published by SRJ Legal; the LSLGA lists the Law on its legislation page.
Statements about the Supreme Court judgment and other states are the LSLGA’s published account and are attributed to it.

Other states’ laws, the Federal Capital Territory, federal bills, tax on winnings, named operators and helpline numbers (none found in a primary source for this site).
